Intern – Planner

Fehily Timoney and Company (FT) is one of Ireland’s largest Irish owned consultants with centres of excellence in Civil Infrastructure, Waste & Resource Management and Renewables.

We currently have an Planning Internship opportunity within our Energy and Planning team. The role is open to a Planning student looking for work placement from Cork, Dublin or Carlow offices.

The successful candidates will be joining a growing team within an established company and will have the opportunity to acquire a broad range of skills and experiences with support from mentors across several disciplines.  Reporting to a Senior Planner, this position requires the following attributes from the ideal candidates:

FT's Responsibilities

  • Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills
  • Efficient work methods, working both as part of a team and on own initiative
  • The ability to adopt and work to new procedures and systems quickly
  • Must be prepared to travel to site visits and client meetings

Skills / Qualifications

  • Working towards a Planning degree
  • Full Drivers Licence
