Early Careers

In FT's intern and postgraduate program, you will take part in a fun and meaningful work experience as you work along-side experienced and knowledgeable engineers, planners, scientists and technicians in the Sustainable Infrastructure, Planning, Energy, Environmental and Circular Economy consulting industry. You will not only learn and advance technically but will also be provided with opportunities for professional development. You will be assigned a leader/mentor who will provide help you with career planning along with technical skill development.

FT offers undergraduate students and postgraduates the chance to explore different departments and sectors, broadening your horizons and developing a skill set to guide and support you in choosing your area(s) of expertise.

Life at FT

FT provide many employee focused initiatives to enhance employees career with FT. FT’s wellbeing initiatives include tag rugby team, fit for life running options, cycling groups, weekly fruit options and monthly group sporting challenges.
