Brief Description

Fingal County Council as part of the wider Balleally Landfill Framework project appointed Fehily Timoney and Company (FT) and our partners CraftStudio Architecture to provide consultancy services for the planning, detailed design, tender and construction contract administration services for the Balleally Maintenance Building.

The maintenance building is being provided for the future operation of the Rogerstown Park. The building includes sustainable infrastructure with Sustainable Urban Drainage systems, rainwater harvesting, electric vehicle charging, 10kW solar PV array, battery storage and surplus renewable energy export facility.
