Our Continuing Professional Development Accreditation has been accredited by Engineers Ireland in recognition of the quality of our Professional Development Programmes for engineering staff. FTC extends this programme to all our technical and administrative staff.
We are committed to Excellence Through People (ETP), which is Ireland’s national standard for human resources management. ETP is administered by FAS. The Excellence Through People standard is a business improvement tool designed to further an organisations performance through its people.
There are two main objectives to the ETP standard:
- To act as a business improvement tool as well as being a driver for change and innovation.
- To promote employee learning, development and involvement in line with the organisations goals.
FTC is enrolled in the programme and is working towards accreditation to the relevant “Level of Excellence”.
