In Fehily Timoney and Company we are very proud that we are an employee owned company. In 2010 we celebrated our 20th year as an independent consultancy.
The corporate governance of the company is controlled by a Main Board consisting of three directors. This board is responsible for overseeing the corporate affairs of the company and its subsidiaries in accordance with the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company.
The board consists of Managing Director and Chairman Mr. Eamon Timoney, Chartered Engineer and Registered Consulting Engineer, Deputy Managing Director (and Company Secretary) Ms. Bernie Guinan, Chartered Waste Manager and Director Ms. Clodagh O'Donovan, Chartered Engineer and Registered Consulting Engineer.
Operational governance of the company is carried out by a Management Committee. This consists of the Managing Director and Chairman (Eamon Timoney), Director, Vice-Chairman and Head of Environment and Energy (Ms. Clodagh O'Donovan), Director and Head of Waste and Resource Management (Ms. Bernie Guinan), Head of Infrastructure (Mr. John Nolan) and Head of Business Development (Ms. Tina Raleigh).
Senior consultants also provide key expertise to the operational divisions within the company and include Gerry O'Sullivan Chartered Engineer and Registered Consulting Engineer, Declan O'Sullivan, Chartered Engineer and Registered Consulting Engineer, Walter Quirke, Agriculturist and technical director, Stephen Byrne, Head of Operations and Colin O'Herlihy, Financial Controller.
