Since 2008, Fehily Timoney & Company, in joint venture with Gifford & Partners & Ramboll (as GiffordFTRamboll), has been acting as technical advisor to Lincolnshire County Council for the development and procurement of a residual waste treatment solution for the county.

March 2011 saw the completion of the procurement phase of the project with the signing of a design, build and operate contract with the preferred bidder, Waste Recycling Group (WRG), for a 150,000 tonnes per annum energy from waste (EfW) facility.

GiffordFTRamboll continues to act as technical advisor during the construction and commissioning phases of this project with construction having commenced in May 2011 and service commencement scheduled for December 2013.
