Stuart Warner, Project Scientist with FTC, had a scientific paper published in the Journal of Hydrology:-

“Does quantifying antecedent flow conditions improve stream phosphorus export estimation?”; Stuart Warner, Gerard Kiely, Gerard Morgan and John O’Halloran.

The paper proposes a new model for estimating phosphorus export from diffuse sources looking at forested and agricultural catchments in Ireland.  Stuart holds an MSc by Research in Water, and also a diploma in GIS.
