In March 2010 FTC submitted an EIS and planning application to Galway County Council on behalf of Coillte Teoranta for a proposed wind farm at Cloosh, Oughterard, Co. Galway.

 This application is for the construction of a 22-turbine wind farm.  This project has an overall capital value in excess of €85 million.
