FTC’s integrated Environmental, Health and Safety Management System has recently been accredited by the National Standards Authority of Ireland to ISO 14001 and Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) 18001.  FTC believes that the implementation of a structured, systematic and certifiable management approach to continuous improvement in environmental health and safety performance is a core business objective. 

The implementation of ISO 14001 and 18001 allows for greater management of environmental and health and safety risks with resultant significant benefits for employees and clients. It is key to FTC's provision of clean technology and sustainable engineering science consultancy services in waste management, environmental science, infrastructure and renewable energy internationally. 

FTC employs a full-time Health and Safety manager to oversee all aspects of Health and Safety in our business. FTC’s approach to the inclusion of environmental health and safety and risk management in projects provides significant ‘added value’ to our clients.
