Walter Quirke joined Fehily Timoney & Co. in 1990, when it was founded and has served as a Director of the company over the period 2001-2009. Walter qualified in 1973 with a Diploma in Agriculture and has spent an extensive career working in civil and environmental engineering consultancy. His key areas of expertise include, design detailing for roads, bridges, waste management, drainage, wastewater and water treatment facilities. Walter has extensive experience in the areas of ecology and agronomy and was the Principal Design Technician on Arthurstown Landfill which received a Presidents Award in 2000.

Walter is currently Facilities Manager in the company.
