Tina is a Technical Director and a Member of the Management Committee in Fehily Timoney & Company.  She holds a degree in Civil Engineering and has gained Chartered status with Engineers Ireland.  As Deputy Head of the Energy and Environment Division Tina has direct responsibility for all wind energy projects undertaken in the company. She has particular expertise in such projects, having project managed a number of environmental impact assessments (EIA’s) and planning applications for wind farms.   Tina is also Head of Business Development in the company.

Tina has significant experience in the project management of large infrastructural projects. Tina has worked on traditional, Design Build, and Public Private Partnership Projects at various stages from planning, route selection, preliminary design, tender design through to detailed design stage, contract procurement and administration stage.  Her experience also spans environmental sectors, including renewable energy and gas pipeline projects.

Tina is also experienced in land acquisition, drainage design, private and public consultation,  preparation of contract documents, tender assessment, contract administration and site supervision.  She has worked on a number of PPP & Design  Build projects.
