Stephen Byrne is Head of Operations in the company.

Stephen holds a Master’s Degree in Physics and a Higher Diploma in Software Engineering and a Diploma in Business Finance.  He is also a Microsoft Certified Database Administrator.

As Operations Manager, Stephen has overall responsibility for Fehily Timoney’s IT department and Software Development Department. He has particular competency in database design and development.

Stephen also has overall responsibility for our Quality Department which administers our Quality Management System to I.S. EN ISO 9001:2008, our Environmental Management System to I.S. EN ISO 14001:2004 and our Occupational Health and Safety Management System to OHSAS 18001:2007.
