Declan O’Sullivan joined Fehily Timoney & Co. in 1991, a year after it was founded and was appointed as a Director of the company in 1998. Declan holds a Degree in Civil Engineering from UCC (1977). He is a Chartered Engineer, a Registered Consulting Engineer of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland, a corporate member of the Institution of Wastes Management and holds a Diploma in Environmental Engineering UCC (1993).
Declan is responsible for waste management, environmental sciences, EIA, and planning projects within Fehily Timoney & Co. He specialises in the field of solid waste management, specifically technology/site selection, licensing, design and construction management of EU standard waste disposal and transfer/recovery infrastructure both for the public and private sectors. He has given expert witness testimony at oral hearings (planning and licensing), arbitrations and in the civil Courts.
Declan is Company Secretary to Fehily Timoney Ramboll, Fehily Timoney Gifford and Fehily Timoney and Company (UK).
